Hello, can you please recommend a book that contains everything on piano and music theory, please. I need a book (or book series) that contains all in an organized order. Thank you :)

Right now, I'm using this book:
Adult All-In-One Course: Lesson-Theory-Technic: Level 1
It's in a series of 3 levels, and both I and my students are really, really happy with it. Fun repertoire, interspersed with music theory and just enough challenge for each page to move forward, neither too slow nor too fast!
