Let’s play with fairytales: an educative scenario with drama and music activities

In the current study, the plan of a set of actions is being attempted with the assistance of dramatic expression's techniques and music activities, which will develop collective bonds between the participants. The first part of the study exclusively refers to the recording of cognitive areas involved and the estimated time required for its completion. The next part of the study is dedicated to the students' knowledge indication, former ideas and perceptions on this issue and to the expression of the purpose and individual aims of our educational scenario. A unit follows, that deals with the classroom's form of organization and the logistic structure required for the completion of the action plan suggested. Then, the relative chapter is given, where the Drama and Music activities suggested, are described in detail. In each of them, the interested person can distinguish the adaptation of different forms of dramatic and music expression, which cultivate and promote the experiential learning of the participants. Our students participated in playful activities, that cultivated the collectivity and unity. They functioned in teams and developed different aspects of their personality. The educative benefits from their attendance in these actions were multiple. The different characters of children were changed into a well-tuned group, that drew, organized and accomplished creative activities (pp. 44-58).
